Hi, my name is Eric Dice and I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) psychotherapist. I specialize in working with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, people-pleasing, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal issues. I provide a safe non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and dive deep into your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences on your road to healing. I take a strengths based approach building upon the skills and qualities you already have recognizing it is about progress, not perfection.

I specialize in pre-teen, teens, & transitional age youth(18-26) and adults. We will utilize a person centered approach recognizing that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you on your journey. During sessions, you will feel heard, supported, and your feelings acknowledged. We will also learn new skills to manage situations.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a daunting step, particularly for those who are dealing with mental health struggles, stigma, and past trauma. The goal is to make this journey as accessible and supportive as possible, providing a culturally informed therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect.
