I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness and caregiving, stress management, life transitions, relationships, mindfulness, chemical dependence, and behavioral issues related to autism. My approach is Person-Centered, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused with elements of Motivational Interviewing.
I received my Bachelor’s from the University of California Davis and am currently working on my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Global. I am also in the process of becoming a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Tobacco Treatment Specialist (TTS).
