It is my goal to join individuals as they strive to better themselves. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker that has over 10 years of experience of working with individuals and families with various disorders including depression, anxiety, and everyday life challenges. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and if you are emotionally unhappy it is hard to remain healthy in the body. Using a mixed variety of modalities, it is my goal to empower you during your journey to find self-satisfaction and better enjoyment of life. Let’s start the journey to a calmer you today.
