Counseling can help you do life better in the following ways: (1) increase self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love; (2) discover internal strengths; (3) recover and rediscover the person who you are meant to be; (4) find healing and restoration you long for. My clients that have found the most success in these areas are those who are willing to invest in themselves and do the work between sessions.
I can provide a spiritually-sensitive counseling experience to address mental health issues. The amount of spiritual integration is up to you. My strength is an awareness of family, cultural, and generational issues. This sensitivity allows me to discern additional factors and have a more wholesome view of what may contribute to your situation.
