I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with six years of experience. I specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, trauma, and PTSD. I utilize a range of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, interpersonal therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy.
