Thoughts can overwhelm us and make us feel worthless or ashamed of ourselves. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, feeling accepted, or struggle with thoughts that you can't seem to get away from, I can help you come to a place of acceptance and understanding with them. If you feel unheard or uncertain about where you are in life I can provide a space where you feel understood and are free to be open with me. I have worked with a diverse range of people from many backgrounds, but I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ people. I also work with couples, including non monogamous couples.
I use DBT and ACT as my primary approaches to therapy. I specialize in working with queer and gender-diverse people. Whether you are seeking to explore your gender identity, heal from past traumas, improve your overall mental health and wellbeing, or you are struggling with transitioning into a new stage of life, I can help.
