I offer an integrated and collaborative approach to help each of my clients build healthier relationships with self and others. We’ll connect with your emotions, and I’ll help you learn new ways to connect with and manage those emotions. Individuals and couples who complete this process often end up with a better understanding of themselves and others.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who experience depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction, and men's issues. I have previous experience and interest in working with folks within the LGBTQIA+, Consensually Non-Monogamous, and Kink communities who struggle with self-compassion, self-development, and identity issues.
