My life's passions include honest self-examination and personal betterment, and I am blessed to be able to exercise these passions every day when I work with my clients. The decision to seek counseling is often difficult as it involves being vulnerable and confronting sensitive issues. I pride myself in my natural ability to make my clients feel comfortable discussing such issues by providing a warm and nonjudgemental counseling environment. I focus on treating individuals with all levels of depression and anxiety, as well as relationship concerns, though I am experienced in treating a wide range of presenting issues.
My counseling style is integrative and customized to meet the individual needs of each of my clients. I draw most frequently from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients confront unhealthy thought patterns and alter behaviors to improve mood and self-image.
As a solo practitioner I run my own office and am able to provide my clients with a streamlined process for scheduling, billing, and clinical services. Rather than calls being transferred to multiple departments or voicemails being lost, my clients are always able to contact me directly.
