My practice specializes in perinatal mental health (pre-conception through postpartum, adoption, infertility), trauma, stress, anxiety, and OCD; but sees teens, individuals, and couples with a variety of concerns. Your plate is always full, but it's way beyond full right now. Fortunately, we have 4 clinicians ready to help!
We'll work on all the stuff you have going on - and help find your way to truly living life again in a sustainable way. We'll also build in ways to cope as things arise in the future.
