My person-centered approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. I work to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where my clients can feel comfortable exploring their experiences and achieving their goals. I also believe that humor is an essential part of the healing process.
I am a (LPCC) with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ohio University.. While many of my clients are adult women, I enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
