I believe by creating a safe and secure bond, relationships will withstood the "tests of time and life."
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for families, couples and individuals. As your therapist, I will walk alongside with you on the road to healthy relationships. Together, we will discover the sacred relationship within yourself and the people in your life, so you can live a life to its fullest.
