Since 1991 I have been helping clients resolve the conflicts that have been preventing them from achieving their potential. I help women navigate the ups and downs of infertility treatments and identify the best ways to achieve their dreams of motherhood. Using my background in Employee Assistance work, I help clients gain perspective on workplace conflicts, resolve performance issues, and clarify professional goals. I help clients looking for love to identify their barriers to intimacy, examine expectations, and give relationships a chance at success. I have a special interest in holistic treatments.
My background as an Employee Assistance counselor gives me a valuable perspective on the issues that interfere with clients' performance, both at work and at home. Love, work, and parenting come up again and again. Although I enjoy in-depth psychodynamic practice, I also gained an appreciation for solution-focused therapy.
My approach is both intuitive and practical, and I tailor my methods to the needs of each individual client. My training in object relations therapy informs all of my work, but I draw on techniques such as EFT and mindfulness practice, among others, as needed. Above all, I am committed to providing a warm, safe and nurturing environment for my clients.
