As we begin your journey, we will explore ways to better your life and achieve your goals and desires. We will delve into your family history and see how this influences your life and decisions. Exploring your strengths and weaknesses, we will develop techniques to enhance your strengths and improve on your weaknesses to shape your life to be more positive and productive.
I will do this in part through the use of Cognitive Behavioral techniques helping you take control of your behaviors and thoughts. We will work to create new and positive habits and get rid of problematic habits that are interfering with your life.
My goal is to assist you in reaching a greater understanding of yourself and finding your inner strength to create the life you have been seeking. I offer a discount to Military personnel and their family members.
