Throughout my time in the mental health field, I've gained experience working with those who suffer from things such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD/trauma and stress-related disorders, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and much more.

My main modalities include play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, person centered therapy, and family systems therapy.
