Our goal is to help clients develop healthy coping strategies and empower them to overcome difficult situations. We provide an authentic experience that challenges clients to push past feeling “stuck” and learn to let go of things they cannot change. We believe it is important to build relationships with clients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and motivations in order to determine the most effective treatment.
We provide a genuine, nonjudgmental, and safe space where clients are free to be themselves. We specialize in helping children (ages 11+), adolescents, and adults cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. Through individual counseling, we tailor our sessions to address challenges specific to you. We work with you to set goals and a plan.
