I start with an intake appointment to ensure I am the right therapist for you and to lay the groundwork for treatment. I think I can help you by teaching you skills to live your best life, and we continue this process until your symptoms have reduced.
I have certifications in helping individuals with ADHD and ASD. I also have certifications in DBT treatment. I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD.
