As a BIPOC/Latino Licensed Psychotherapist I understand the struggles of life transitions/adjustments. I also work with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, men's issues, self-esteem, among others. I aim to create a warm and non judgmental space where the participant can feel comfortable to share their story and become conscious of their emotions.
