With over 9 years of experience working with adolescence and adults, I can provide a safe and supportive space for you to process your thoughts and feelings. I used a client centered approached to help each person reach their goals. At Emmanuel Counseling Center our goal is to support and encourage you to live your life on Purpose.
We specialized in working with anxiety, grief and loss, depression, emotional challenges, as well as relationship, self-esteem and communication issues in both adolescence, adults and couples. We use a combination of techniques in CBT, Play Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness and more to help our clients achieve their goals of purposeful living.
