I offer different approaches to fit each individuals needs through talk therapy, art therapy, somatic exercises, and EMDR. If you are feeling like you need to express yourself in a different way, art therapy may be what you are looking for. Art therapy can help process and express emotions, ideas, and memories that can be difficult to verbally communicate. Through the creating process, one can improve their self-esteem, gain self-knowledge, and work through their challenges while working towards their goals.
I am both licensed in counseling and art therapy and trained in EMDR. I use mindfulness and somatic techniques to help ease stress and anxiety while practicing self-acceptance. I work with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder with in the adolescent and adult populations.
