I approach each client differently as each person has different needs based on their cultural background and lived experiences.
The Mainspring Model of therapy relies solely on treatment that, supported by current research, is proven to be effective. We'll work each week to build an understanding of your emotions and how best interact with them. We'll also work on best ways to approach problems, interact with others, and make value-based decisions.
