Finding support that is gender and sexuality affirming can be exhausting and difficult. I am able to facilitate facilitate a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for queer, gender diverse communities. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and affirming. I believe in advocating for accessible gender, sexuality, and neurodivergent affirming care.
I specialize in gender, sexuality, and neurodivergent affirming care. I focus on empowerment, self-determination, and advocacy, and strengthening community support systems. I believe that the therapeutic process is different and unique to everyone and am trauma informed. I utilize mood and nervous system regulation skills.
I have worked for years supporting queer and trans individuals access resources. I am passionate about increasing access to affirming resources as well as ensuring basic needs are met in tandem with therapeutic care. In my free time, I love playing video games, going on walks, gardening, and cuddling with my cats.
