I have always had a passion for teenagers and young adults because it is such a pivotal time in life that can be filled with grief, trauma, life-transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and unprecedented amount of societal pressures. I have experience in working through these concerns and have seen counseling empower my clients in the most positive way and bring resiliency into their lives.
Counseling provides a safe, non-judgmental environment to work through those difficult times. When we are in a vulnerable place, the last thing we want is judgment and added stress. I use a person-centered counseling approach; as well as, CBT. Both of these approaches can provide the tools and coping skills you may need in order to thrive!
