As a therapist and yoga teacher, I understand that by tuning into our bodies, we can uncover our path to internal knowledge and deepen our connection with ourselves and others. I integrate a foundation of mindfulness and encourage the exploration of both the light and dark that inhabit our internal landscapes. Together we will uncover how outdated beliefs may obstruct your personal growth and how, through shifting beliefs, it becomes possible to change behaviors that are no longer serving you.
I work with adults and adolescents ages 16+. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression and trauma. My treatment approach is informed by the belief that all humans have the fundamental right to health and joy. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I work with eating disorders from a Health at Every Size frame.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and I am certified in EMDR. Prior to working in private practice, I worked with eating disorders at both the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care.
