To help you understand if I’m that therapist for you, a little about me: I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Toledo where I was an NBCC Minority Addictions Fellow and completed additional training in the field of addictions and recovery with a focus on experiential treatments. I have also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I work with folks who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. I also help couples who are experiencing challenges or seeking to deepen connection. I have a person centered practice and have experience with Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Narrative, and creative therapies. We will work together to make a plan for you!
