I enjoy working with clients who are navigating symptoms of anxiety and depression, trauma recovery, and healthy boundary setting to encourage a positive relationship with yourself and others. Together we will establish a safe and professional therapeutic partnership, explore your unique identity and goals, and develop skills that are helpful in daily life. I value authenticity, collaboration and humor in therapeutic partnerships and believe in the power of connection to promote desired change.
I specialize in a holistic client-centered approach from a strengths-based lens. To facilitate growth and healing, I utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) while recognizing that you are the expert in your own life.
I hold a master’s degree in counseling and am a licensed counselor in Washington and Idaho. As your therapist, I look forward to walking alongside you as you continue to write your story.
