Are thoughts about food and body taking up so much space in your brain? Does your life feel like it’s getting smaller and smaller the more you try to control your body and food? That’s what I’m passionate about – walking alongside you and helping you to discover how much bigger your life can become when you build a different kind of relationship with your body, food, and exercise. I have worked with clients with eating disorders and difficult relationships with food, body, and exercise since 2017.
As eating disorders often overlap with a variety of other struggles, I also routinely work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, obsessive thoughts, and self-esteem. . Additionally, I have experience supporting clients surrounding challenges with fertility, pregnancy, and adjusting to parenthood.
I know it can be really daunting to step into a new, vulnerable experience. I aim to approach each conversation with gentleness and curiosity, and I try to help YOU work towards that as well. while I value the serious and sacred space that therapy can be, I also strongly believe there is a place for lightheartedness and humor along the way.
