We all walk through valleys in our lives, it is my hope that you don't walk them alone. We are all carrying things from our childhood that perhaps worked for us at one but we realize are no longer working. I don't have all the answers, but it is my goal to provide a safe and collaborative relationship in which we work together to find the answers and solutions you are in need of, striving to help you see yourself more fully, so that ultimately you feel deep healing and empowerment and connection with yourself and others. We are all on a journey of becoming a better version of ourselves, it would be an honor to be a part of yours.
I am particularly passionate about working with couples who struggle with communication and want to build a stronger connection, young adults who want to better understand and learn from their childhoods, and in general teaching internal regulation skills so that in any circumstance you feel confident in your ability to tackle life's challenges.
