I have a niche practice with a specific focus in perinatal mental health. This means I work with women during the first few years of their postpartum experience after birth as well as women experiencing infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, birth trauma, or any life experience surrounding perinatal period. I have a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health Counseling from Postpartum Support International, and I continue to receive specialized training and consultation in this area because it is such a passion of mine.

I also work with women who have experienced trauma, including young adults and professionals. I have specialized training in trauma, including a certificate in Sexual Assault Counseling. In the aftermath of trauma, there are often not many people a survivor can turn to, and I think it's important to be able to find a counselor that can be present for you.

I primarily offer telehealth visits at this time with limited masked in person visits available as well for vaccinated adults only. I approach therapy from an inclusive, anti-racist, progressive perspective, and I believe advocacy is an important part of therapy.
