I use trauma informed, evidenced based therapeutic techniques and interventions. My approach is warm, relational and professional, while modeling boundaries, emotion communication, and introspective depth. I enjoy working with couples experiencing life transitions or navigating changes in roles. I also offer group therapy to enhance interpersonal skills.
