I believe I have a unique approach to therapy as I utilize compassionate confrontation to streamline recovery. I am hands-on and direct, meaning I may not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. I utilize multiple therapy modalities, but my favorites are Solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as I feel these approaches help create an improved quality of life and get you to where you want to be faster. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with severe mental illnesses such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, anger, identity issues, codependency, mood disorders, and substance use.
When working with me, you can expect to learn great coping skills to be able to manage life's stressors independently. You will discover the strength in vulnerability and the relief you feel from sharing and connecting with others. Together I know we can see great results.
