Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, she received her bachelors degree in human physiology from the University of Iowa and is passionate about combining the worlds of mental and physical health to promote overall well-being. Emily incorporates EFT in her couples work to identify underlying emotions, address attachment wounds, and promote understanding and communication to end negative cycles in your relationship.
She also enjoys working from a Satir and Narrative perspective with families and individuals. Beyond relational conflicts, Emily has experience working with trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQ, and eating disorders.
