I can help you feel more connected with yourself and in your relationship.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard for couples therapy. EFT is an experiential model of therapy that helps to reduce relational distress and create secure relational bonds. As both an EFT trained therapist and client of EFT, I feel confident and excited about this model’s ability to create long-lasting change.
As a mom and wife, I understand the pressures daily life and parenting can put on relationships. I would like to help you navigate these challenges so that you feel closer and stronger, versus alone and frustrated. I welcome and have experience working with non-traditional relationships and those in the queer community.
