Our one constant in life is change, and for some this can be a difficult and painful truth. My therapeutic style is focused on supporting you as you navigate life's transitions. Our work together is collaborative in order to build a foundation of peace and healing amongst the obstacles. But most importantly, our work together is completely about you. Together, we will tailor a therapeutic experience to focus on your goals, leaving you with effective coping skills, and a stronger sense of purpose and fulfillment.
My approach is person-centered, and humanistic focused primarily on human potential. This approach focuses on helping the whole person’s ability to overcome difficulties through personal growth that leads to positive change. My approach is non-judgmental, supportive, validating, and warm. I commonly use elements of EMDR, CBT, and humanistic interventions.
I treat all individuals 18+, specializing in grief and loss, transitional depression, anxiety, life transitions and adjustment, and chronic illness.
