As a couple and family therapist, I am passionate about helping couples as well as individuals face the struggles that keep them from being able to move forward in the ways they desire and to meet the challenges they struggle within their relationships. I am devoted to help couples and individuals through their challenges by working to create new communication techniques to build the relationships they want, in addition to improving coping skills to achieve the desired change.
My goal is to encourage, educate and assist clients in building awareness about themselves, their emotions, and their relationships in order to meet their desired goals for positive and lasting transformation and growth.
I approach my work with kindness, honesty, humor and straight-forward reflection. I believe the most effective therapeutic setting is safe, supportive and tailored specifically to each client's needs and preferences.
