Many people come to me wondering why they're unhappy, anxious, or unable to find fulfillment. The problem may seem obvious but a solution impossible. In the 30 plus years that I've been in practice, I've worked with individuals with widely diverse problems. We will work closely together to understand what is troubling you and how it can be changed. Spiritual concerns as well as those related to aging and mortality have come into focus in my practice as I myself have aged.
Rather than focus on particular issues, I tend to focus on developing a certain kind of relationship. This is one that feels trustworthy and reliable, one in which you feel comfortable enough to talk freely about what troubles you, so that together we can find solutions.
