Hello! I'm Emily. Relationships are the heartbeat of life. Whether it's the relationship you have with yourself, your spouse, or your child...it matters! My goal as a therapist is helping adolescents 14+, adults, and couples heal broken relationships, make difficult changes within themselves, and foster healthy connections. Working from a place of acceptance, compassion, and genuineness is of the utmost importance to me. I consider it a privilege to walk with you on your healing journey.
I am Certified: Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy
I use a holistic lens when working with clients, using modalities such as CBT, Attachment Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, Christian Faith Based, and Strengths-Based Approaches. Together we will create a treatment plan that will help you reach the goals you have for yourself.
