My goal is to work with folks collaboratively through life transitions, feeling stuck or confused, and struggles in relationships and careers towards greater peace, self acceptance and alignment with one's own goals. I have experience working primarily with anxiety and depression, ADHD, Autism, OCD and disordered eating/ eating disorders though am open to working with a variety of diagnoses and problems.
I practice primarily with a patient centered, compassion focused style, where you are the driver and I'm riding shotgun. I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness based approaches, the Health at Every Size framework, as well as pay special attention to the ways institutions, culture and organizations impact our well-being.
