It is my desire and passion for therapy to be a meaningful, healing and transformative experience. I am dedicated to the clients that I have the honor of working with. Therapy begins with compassion, patience, authentic human connection, being fully heard, understood and accepted. My focus is to create a safe space where individuals can work through their overwhelming struggles and traumas of life. I provide a listening ear, empathy, grace, realistic/ practical skills and sometimes humor during the therapeutic experience.
As a trauma informed therapist, I hold myself to a high standard in my clinical practice, supporting my clients and meeting them where they are. It is important that you find the right therapist as it is essential for your success. For each client that I have the privilege of working with, I tailor their therapy to their individual wants and needs.
My experience ranges from diverse cultures and religious backgrounds. I have extensive experience working in trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorder and personality disorders.
