Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, in the state of Indiana. I graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a master's degree in School Counseling and Mental Health. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in the public schools and outpatient setting in our local hospital. My passion is helping families and individuals to improve communication, have better relationships and to achieve positive empowered mental health.
When I worked in the hospital's outpatient office, I helped all ages with many diagnosis' such as anxiety, depression, ASD, adhd, grief, and some addictions. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, men and women of all ages. Currently taking telehealth only. Equine psychotherapy waiting list by calling phone number listed.
My greatest strength is communication and empathy. I have a unique blend of knowledge that has assisted me in connecting with people and helping them to achieve the best versions of themselves. I have been helping people for over 40 years, first as a registered nurse, then an elementary teacher and now as a mental health counselor.
