I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, work stress, friendship struggles, or dating/relationship struggles. I have such a heart for working with these issues! I, myself, have struggled with anxiety, and I am so passionate about helping clients navigate that challenge. I have seen countless times the powerful change that can happen in clients’ lives after working through these struggles, and I would love to work with you on beginning a new chapter of life that is full of confidence, growth, and positive change.
I also love to work with adult women who have received a diagnosis of ADHD as an adult and who are just now learning about how to manage their ADHD. This neurodevelopmental disorder can affect so many areas of your life from success at work or school to friendships and romantic relationships.
