I believe fear of judgment and shame often make us feel like we have to go through things alone. I provide a nonjudgmental and supportive environment for you to be able to process your struggles. We will work together to explore how we can address what is getting in the way of what you truly want for yourself. I have worked with clients with many different types of problems but my specialties are in working with eating disorders, trauma, and anxiety disorders. Regardless of the type of struggle, my hope is to help empower my clients to realize their true inner strength and resiliency.
I have trained in several therapeutic approaches which allows us to create unique interventions specific to what you are struggling with. To learn to effectively treat trauma, I completed the 3 year program to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and the 2 year program to become a NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) Master Therapist.
I know that finding the right therapist can be a difficult decision. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have. Send me an email to set up a free consultation to see if I might be the right fit for you.
