I love to work with adolescents and adults. I am passionate and enjoy working with perinatal individuals and anyone dealing with postpartum anxiety or depression. My hope is to help individuals discover their values in order to help them live a value driven life rather than one focused centrally on acheiving goals.
I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, Solution- Focused and Person- Centered Therapy. I use art, music, motion and nature in my practice. I have availability in the evenings to help with hectic and busy schedules. I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments upon request.
