I can help you manage the chaos and create calm. I specialize in working with young adults who are in transition and who struggle with disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’ll help you break free from living in chronic stress mode by understanding the mind/body connection and collecting body based regulation tools to create a sense of safety.
