Making the decision to begin the journey into your own self-care can be overwhelming. I provide a safe, person-centered, and judgement-free environment that welcomes acceptance and healing. Sometimes having a container to "hold space" can be incredibly freeing of the daily challenges we face in life.
I am passionate about working with individuals, youth, and families needing support with eating disorders, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, parenting, grief/loss, trauma, self-esteem, and behavioral issues. I strive to educate and empower others to produce acceptance, balance, and positive change to improve functioning and wellness.
The therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is invaluable. Finding the right fit for you in the treatment process is a top priority. I am happy to explore the possibility of our work together. I am accepting new clients on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
