My goal is to empower you to live a life you love, not a life from which you want to escape. In addition to traditional counseling techniques, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I utilize a holistic approach and consider physical health and functioning, as well.
For example, I work to assist clients in developing behavioral techniques to address chronic pain, sleep disturbances, and breathing problems. I am also Sex Positive and am happy to explore issues of sexuality (e.g. gender, sexual orientation, physical functioning/sexual activity, pleasure, and relational concerns).
