If you are having a difficult time navigating life in America in 2024, you are not alone. So many of us are feeling scared, anxious, depressed and stressed. Together we can navigate the choppy waters of your personal world and society at large. Many of my clients are dealing with personal traumas, grief and loss, medical illnesses and are members of the LGBTQIA+ community. If you are going through a life transition, have emotions and memories to process or are struggling to cope, I am here to help you along your journey.
I believe that each person is beautiful in their individuality and deserves to be treated as a whole person, not a list of symptoms or problems. I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach to meet each person where they are in their journey. I use my background in cognitive-behavior and internal family systems to help you hone the strengths inside of you.
My goal is to create a warm and inviting environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and honestly with me. I incorporate humor as needed to make you feel comfortable and remind us both that we are doing our best. I hope to make you feel seen, heard and validated with every meeting.
