I am passionate about helping adults navigate their complex inner worlds. I enjoy working with those who project confidence and self-assurance in various areas of life yet privately battle anxiety, depression, or grief. I especially enjoy working with women to better understand how their mental health and reproductive health journeys are intertwined. If you are struggling with peripartum depression and anxiety, PMDD, infertility, perinatal loss (including abortion and miscarriage) I may be a good fit for you.

I approach therapy with a collaborative, holistic lens. I strive to help clients better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in daily life and to better cope and practice self-compassion during the challenging times in their lives. I also encourage clients to tune into their bodies using somatic practices and mindfulness techniques.
