In my practice, I strive to create a space where people can actively work towards feeling better and pursuing their goals. I bring a sense of nonjudgment, curiosity and empathy to each meeting. I truly believe in each person's capacity to grow and thrive!
I have experience helping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and religious trauma. I incorporate concepts of psychodynamic theory, internal family systems, and attachment theory. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which helps process traumatic memories.
My work as a therapist is deeply informed by my experiences traveling and working with diverse populations. I strive to practice from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens. I love doing this work and would be honored to partner with you on this journey.
