Hello! I have been working in mental health for 15 years. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages, with special interest and care given to neurodivergence, trauma work, generational trauma/relational concerns and somatic work.
I have really found myself drawn to working ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (including late diagnosed), and several Trauma-Informed modalities. I am passionate about a client-centric approach that honors my client's strengths. I believe in a "companioning" approach, to walk next to you as a support.
It is not easy to recognize that you need supports, or that things are not going the way you hoped. I want to offer a space that is judgement free and rooted in connection rather than shame.
