So often as women, we are too busy fulfilling the many roles we occupy that we put our values, needs, and desires on the backburner. I can help you to get back in touch with your values and what’s important to you. Whether you’re juggling the many facets of motherhood (trying to get pregnant, having a difficult pregnancy, struggling postpartum), going through a difficult life transition, grieving any kind of loss, struggling with depression or anxiety, I’m here to help find a way forward.
I have a Perinatal Mental Health Certification from Postpartum Support International to treat Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
